Lala Kent's got a theory on building a booty — and it explains why she's been looking a teensy bit different these days. "I've wanted a thick ass and thick thighs for a really long time," the Vanderpump Rules beauty entrepreneur said yesterday in an Instagram Live session. So she and her trainer came up with a plan.
"I decided that I was going take a week off of working out over the Fourth of July and I was going to jampack my diet full of bullsh--. Like fried chicken, cornbread. I pretty much ate everything in sight to pack on the weight," Lala said. "Now, you pack on all that weight so you can officially diet and put the fat into all the right places."
Now the fun part is over, and Lala says she is going to start eating avocados for dinner and working on a squats regime. "We're going to distribute the weight where we want it," she said.
Even though Lala's totally open when it comes to cosmetic procedures, she wasn't going to try to get a booty overnight. "I'm so down for anyone who goes the alternative route and gets injections. For me, I get worried about that. I'm totally into fake tits because I can't squat my tits to make them bigger."
Lala kept reminding her fans throughout the Instagram Live session: "Again I am not having a baby, I just gained a few pounds." This whole experience (and the bodyshaming comments she read through on her Instagram photo recently) put her in a contemplative mood. She answered fan questions on everything from whether she waxes her brows (nope) to whether she misses her blonde hair ("No! I love my dark hair. This is going to sound so cheesy. I feel very womanly," she said).
When one fan asked her what her biggest regret was, Lala spoke from the heart. "When I went in on people's physical appearances by body shaming. I would say that is one of my poorest moments in my whole life. That affected someone, that was f--ked up," she said. "Especially now because I have people body shame me and say that I look pregnant. That doesn't feel good."
